Katye and Scott were pleasant and provided a quality, no-nonsense experience. However, I my deal got passed over to the used car manager and I nearly walked out. He demonstrated a level of disrespect t no-nonsense experience. However, I my deal got passed over to the used car manager and I nearly walked out. He demonstrated a level of disrespect toward me that made me immediately walk out the door and and plan to purchase a vehicle at a competitor. Katye reached out to me a few hours later with apologies and we had a deal done the following morning. More

I just bought my Telluride and haven't needed the service department, so I don't know who Keith Sutton is. But Katye was phenomenal. She was patient and knowledgeable with my many questions and didn't even f department, so I don't know who Keith Sutton is. But Katye was phenomenal. She was patient and knowledgeable with my many questions and didn't even freak out on the test drive when I enthusiastically announced, "Okay, let's test out the horsepower!"
