She was prompt and precise in answering all our questions and concerns, even guiding us to a viable solution for a specific requirement we had. They got me in a year old Mazda 3 with a reasonable monthly payment. Within a year I was able to upgrade to a brand new Mazda 6 at half the interest rate of my first purchase. But the best part was the employees, like talking to old friends and family. Shannon in sales was great, asked me what I needed then came back with a price lower than I expected and was a lot of fun to talk to. Chris McCarthy wisked me through finance in no time and was great to talk to. Katrina helped me through paperwork for insurance and got my free XM up and running and was very nice to chat with. Scott did a great job of getting the after market options added for me so I could pick up my new car sooner than I would expect. All in all a really pleasurable experience for me.
