We have dealt with Ed Martin Toyota Dealership for a number of years. Almost everyone there is pleasant and helpful. The one glaring exception is Jason Conn. We recently bought a pre owned car from number of years. Almost everyone there is pleasant and helpful. The one glaring exception is Jason Conn. We recently bought a pre owned car from Ed Martin. As most people do, we negotiated the price. When we were trying to strike a deal Jason became rude and almost belligerent. The other staff were shocked and apologetic about his behavior. We had his name removed from the sales documents and will be certain to deal with someone else in future. We would have given Jason zero stars if that was possible. When you work with the public you need to remain courteous and respectful at all time. More

Great experience with Ed Martin! ! I have drove my Toyota Camry SE for over 23 years, it literally was 23 years old and still runs great!! I honestly think Toyota is the best there is ! So, that is why we bought another one with the help of an awesome sales associate, Katrina Jewell. As you know things have changed a lot in 23 years and Katrina was kind, professional, informative, patient, helpful and answered all of our many, many questions. She also stated many times, that even after we left the dealership with our new car, she would always be there for us! Also, our finance representative, Bryan Wiltgen was also very informative, friendly, patient and helpful. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend this dealership and Toyota......and don't forget to ask for Katrina to help you with any sales and/or questions. Oh, and my husband really enjoyed talking with T.E.D. More
