“I recently took my car in for service to diagnose an issue, and I was informed the cost would be $200. While I understand the importance of paying for quality work, I found the pricing misleading. Initially, I was told the service fee was $150, but additional charges were added, bringing the total to $200. As a hardworking individual who values transparency, I find this practice deceptive and unfair. Additionally, I feel that repair costs for motor vehicles are often overinflated, making it even more challenging for everyday people to afford necessary maintenance.” More

I have waited for 16MONTHs to have the passenger window, that kept going up and down, on my new pilot fixed. Finally, today 9/30/2024 I took it in..picked it up and it is STILL doing the same thing!!
