I recently had an outstanding experience at the Mazda dealership and wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received. Katisha, my sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient thr dealership and wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received. Katisha, my sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Kenneth L., the financial manager, was equally impressive. He made the financing process straightforward and transparent, ensuring I understood all my options. His professionalism and willingness to answer my questions made me feel confident in my choices. The overall management of the dealership was apparent, even though I didn’t catch the manager's name. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my car-buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this Mazda dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Just bought a new Mazda CX30, and Katisha made the process remarkably easy. I called her and asked if she had the model and color I wanted, she was able to beat the price of another dealership while g process remarkably easy. I called her and asked if she had the model and color I wanted, she was able to beat the price of another dealership while giving me a car with premium paint color, cargo tray and bumper guard. Overall, the car was $1K more than the other one I was getting, and she got it down to a few dollars UNDER the other one. She was professional, polite and so accommodating during the entire time we were here and took care of every single detail. I went to many other dealerships as I was trying to get whatever SUV was the best deal, so checked out Honda, Toyota, Kia, Subaru, etc. The nicest to work with and less pushy were definitely Subaru and Mazda, and Katisha especially. Would definitely recommend her (and Ferman Mazda) to anyone. More

Absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Purchased a Jeep on December 19th 2021. we worked with Katisha, who said she was the internet manager, and Joel, pre-owned manager. The process was e Purchased a Jeep on December 19th 2021. we worked with Katisha, who said she was the internet manager, and Joel, pre-owned manager. The process was easy and quick. We agreed to several items to be added to the “we-owe” that’s were never followed through. The vehicle had 1 key and Katisha said they will have their key person in the following week and would be able to cut and program the 2nd key when I come back to take care of the other items. For the next month (I have all of the text) I reached out to Katisha every week about the 2nd key and she said “the key guy hasn’t been there.” I reached out again at the end of February and Katisha then tells me they never agreed to a 2nd key. I send her a picture of the “we-owe” and then she tells me the 2nd key was mailed out to me in December and said delivered. I said it was not delivered and asked for the tracking number showing delivered and her response was “That stinks. 2 months we keep FedEx tracks. I’ll have to see when the key guy comes.” I asked to have a manager call me twice, and never received a response. That was the last response I received from anyone at Ferman. I was in the car business for 6 years and thought I would revive some professional courtesy. That certainly was not the case. Experiences like this is why people hate buying used cars. Smiles at the beginning and no follow through with what was promised and agreed upon on the “we-owe,” instead given the run around for 5 months waiting for the customer to just give up. Hopefully Ferman will invest more in post-sale training for their sales people in the future. More
