No communication unless I initiated it. Made an “appointment” to be told a half hour after it that they were a day behind in diagnosing. Told me it was a 16 hour job for $5300 and then when Made an “appointment” to be told a half hour after it that they were a day behind in diagnosing. Told me it was a 16 hour job for $5300 and then when I called Chrysler and got a case number they told me they could do it for $500. After that I still had to beg for communication. A week went by before I heard anything (the following Tuesday). She told me it would definitely be done by that Friday. 2pm Friday comes around and the guy hadn’t gotten the transmission out. I told them I can’t go without a vehicle and since I kept getting the run around could they give me a rental car. The manager said no bc they were doing a “good will” warranty. Well the good will warranty is the reason why it took almost 2 weeks for a 16 hour job. Because I wasn’t paying them $5300 they put me on the back burner for 2 weeks and hardly communicated unless I prompted it. More
