I brought my Wrangler 4xe in for warranty work while it was still under warranty. This dealer replaced the wrong part and the vehicle ended up going out of warranty while they had it. Once they finally had was still under warranty. This dealer replaced the wrong part and the vehicle ended up going out of warranty while they had it. Once they finally had a field tech look at it, it was out of warranty so they wouldn't get paid to fix it. They tried to tell me that it is designed to squeak during operation. This is a vehicle that is 3 years old. They've lost most of their leadership, and the new crew isn't any better. Greg Russel, the operations manager, doesn't evened bother to read service notes before telling you he can't help you. Do not bring your vehicle to this dealer for service. There is better Jeep dealer service just 10 minutes away. More
