Had an awesome experience at Ron Tonkin Honda on 122nd. Katie was great — everything was ready to go when I walked in and she made the whole process super smooth and easy. The guy in finance (I wish I remembered his name!) was also amazing. He gave me a little over $2k above my trade-in value, which helped take care of my negative equity and kept my payments right where I needed them. That alone was huge, but then they even threw in two free oil changes on top of it. Overall, just really solid customer service. I left feeling taken care of and not stressed out, which says a lot. Definitely a 5-star experience. More

I found that salesperson Katie Temple exempl community for its professionalism, reliability, honesty, solid service, and investing in its community. I found that salesperson Katie Temple exemplifies these traits, too! She reached out to me immediately with a cheery video upon getting wind that I was interested in a used Honda. She was not overbearing, but took the time to take me on a test drive, point out the great, new features of the car I was considering and happily and knowledgeably answered my questions! Not pushy, but enthusiastic, personable, and professional. Sadly, the car I wanted was at another dealer in Oregon. The customer service there could only be described as unprofessional and dismal! I truly wanted to give Katie Temple my business, but I had a dead car and didn’t have the luxury to wait until the Tonkin Honda dealership got in my vehicle of choice! But, I WILL tell anyone who is looking for a Honda to go straight to Katie! More
