Well I bought my car in for oil change and to get a service check never been so disappointed I know my windshield wipers wanted to change nothing my coolant sensors wasn’t working they gave me back my service check never been so disappointed I know my windshield wipers wanted to change nothing my coolant sensors wasn’t working they gave me back my car nothing but yet I was told my timing belt need to be changed with out you checking anything on my car just disappointed ☹️ More

I recently took my car to Bronx Honda on Zerega to have my driver’s side window replaced, expecting expert service and attention to detail from the car's manufacturer. Unfortunately, what I received was a my driver’s side window replaced, expecting expert service and attention to detail from the car's manufacturer. Unfortunately, what I received was a series of inconveniences and poor workmanship, all for an $800 bill. Initially, I was informed that my car would be ready in five days. Upon arriving to pick it up, I noticed that two of the moldings around the window were damaged. Bronx Honda agreed to replace these moldings, which took another four days. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I found that another molding had been damaged, and the door was scratched all around the area where the moldings were replaced. This time, I spoke directly with the service manager, who assured me that they would replace the molding and take my car to the body shop to have the door painted. This process took an additional five days. When I got my car back, there was white overspray from the door on the side mirror housing and window molding, both of which are glossy black. They promised to remove the white paint, which took another four days. To make matters worse, when my car was finally returned, the new black moldings around the window were discolored. Despite all the issues, I received no compensation for the time lost, the inconvenience caused, or the subpar service provided. Bronx Honda has lost a customer, and I will certainly think twice before choosing Honda again if this is the level of service they deem acceptable. More

Victor was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to fix my car as a retaliation for my previous low rating of the shop. Diana was rude as well.
