The level of service at Fred Anderson Toyota went above and beyond our expectations. After locating a vehicle, they secured it for us and were prompt in letting us know when it arrived. Katie in the inte and beyond our expectations. After locating a vehicle, they secured it for us and were prompt in letting us know when it arrived. Katie in the internet sales department went ABOVE and beyond helping find exactly what we were looking for!! We traveled from out of state to pick the SUV up, and were in and out in under 2 hours! Everyone was friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Marco was a great salesman and explained the basics of the vehicle so that we could be on the road quickly. We're so pleased with our vehicle and our experience at this dealership. More

We negotiated via email and phone. All was concluded before we physically arrived at their location. We felt they should have been more prepared for our visit since it had been determined via email, te before we physically arrived at their location. We felt they should have been more prepared for our visit since it had been determined via email, text and telephone calls 2 days before when a specific day and time was established. It was clear that Dan was new to his trade but his abundant respect for us made our time with him pleasant. I will recommend Fred Anderson to my friends, who ask, with the above reservations on their overall preparedness. We will follow through with specified oil changes, but the hour trip from our house will become problematic for the future due to our age and medical conditions. More

I came in to pick up my second key, since it had to be ordered. Also to get a mechanical issue addressed. I was in and out in 30 minutes, including a drive with the mechanic to demonstrate the issue to ordered. Also to get a mechanical issue addressed. Great car, great price We chose an offsite 2020 Camry Hybrid XLE at a price that was very reasonable.
