The worst service I have experienced from a dealer. I HAD a 2020 glc300 the window controls had broken off completely twice the first time they replaced them for free the second time I had to pay $300 I HAD a 2020 glc300 the window controls had broken off completely twice the first time they replaced them for free the second time I had to pay $300 to replace a faulty design that I asked my rep if this was a normal defect in the design or was it just my car she replied it was a regular defect in all the glc’s. When I went to pick up my car I could not find a service rep I went to ask the parts department they told me to go look for my rep. This dealership has declined in the last few years no loaners still and because of this I’m done I just traded in my car for a new Lexus and I love it. More

The salespeople are knowledgeable about the product, however, vehicle detailing is lacking. Also, the wait area was not clean and the refreshments were depleted. One word. RUN. This dealership has the worst customer service. No one calls you back, they don’t actually fix your car, and yes the review below is accurate. T RUN. This dealership has the worst customer service. No one calls you back, they don’t actually fix your car, and yes the review below is accurate. They will send you on the road with a faulty car. Even after you pay them thousands. I know, the same thing happened to me. The manager Ronnie and Richard have the worst attitudes and WON’T even apologize. Good luck getting this service advisor, Jeremy to call you back. He has no clue what is going on there. Don’t even bother asking for a loaner. Apparently, they don’t have any. This experience with MB Nola is enough for me to never buy a Mercedes again. PS- Don’t waste your time with calling corporate, they don’t do a thing. Hope this helps the next person to never go through what I went through with this dealership. More

Mercedes Benz of New Orleans have been the worst experience I have ever experienced of five previous dealerships. I thought this would have been the best but it turned out to be the worst from the b experience I have ever experienced of five previous dealerships. I thought this would have been the best but it turned out to be the worst from the beginning. I have dealt with very few good workers. I previously experience prejudice faces of Mercedes Benz at the collision center. Very saddened by my experience at such an upscale dealership. The Manger Mike at the collision center is now helping me and promised me he is working this matter More

I paid greater than $3000 on AC repairs in November of 2021. I notified the dealership in the beginning of spring of 2022, that they AC is blowing hot air. I waited 1 month for an appointment. I showed up 2021. I notified the dealership in the beginning of spring of 2022, that they AC is blowing hot air. I waited 1 month for an appointment. I showed up on my scheduled appointment time, and requested an oil change along with service to check my AC. I was notified of a shortage of team members, so I rented a car, to hoping they would have my card repaired within 7 days. Today is day 7, and my vehicle has not been touched, I asked if they could at minimum perform the oil change, 2 days ago, and I am being fed the same script, they are short staffed and my vehicle is next in line. I have a 2 year warranty, and is willing to take my vehicle somewhere else to be serviced for an issue they did not correctly fix a couple of months ago. I have been patient for 7 days and paid greater than $1000 for a rental, for Benz of NO to check a problem that was supposed to be resolved. I understand the shortage and the prior appointments, but the fact that my issue is something that was supposed to be resolved at the previous visit, should be taken into consideration. Highly inconvenienced and dissatisfied with the service department. More

I needed my Service B9, and contacted MB NO through Facebook page. Somebody contacted me shortly, and I had my appointment scheduled at my convenience, in no time. The service advisor kept me updated o Facebook page. Somebody contacted me shortly, and I had my appointment scheduled at my convenience, in no time.
