This past month, December of 2024, I purchased a BMW from Herb Chambers of Boston, and I wanted to applaud the exceptional service I received from the dealership. Sales Representative Jing Lau, from sta from Herb Chambers of Boston, and I wanted to applaud the exceptional service I received from the dealership. Sales Representative Jing Lau, from start to finish, went above and beyond to ensure the car-buying process was smooth, transparent, enjoyable and most importantly, no stress for me. Jing was incredibly knowledgeable about the BMW X1, patiently walking me through various models of cars on his list, features, and options to find the perfect car for my needs. He was attentive to my preferences and never once made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Jing patiently answered questions that I asked more than one time. His professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers stood out. During the test drive, Jing’s expertise really shined—he took the time to explain the technology, performance capabilities and features of the BMW I was considering. It was clear that he genuinely wanted me to be informed about my choice and that I was happy with the features of the car, Unfortunately, the specific BMW X1 that I settled on was no longer available. We acted too slow. The news came from his Manager, Katie. She was very apologetic and assured me that we would find another car. She continued to work with Jing until they came up with a new list. I did eventually choose one. I found this experience to be very kind hearted since I have never experienced this at other dealerships. Now came the Finance part, and to me, this is always the hardest part of the process. I hate “hard sell” type of discussions. Surprisingly enough, the purchasing process was seamless. Dave in the Finance department was very personable and understood how I felt. By the end of the discussion, I felt as if he was a long time friend instead of someone I just met. Jing handled all the car delivery and car insurance details efficiently and kept me updated every step of the way. He even went the extra mile to ensure my car was perfectly prepared for delivery, walking me through all the features when I picked it up. More

I just got a 2024 X3 from BMW of Boston and my experience was top notch every step of the way! Abdou was kind and quick to assist me and helped find what I wanted. Katie was super communicative and made the was top notch every step of the way! Abdou was kind and quick to assist me and helped find what I wanted. Katie was super communicative and made the transaction smooth and fast! David was very knowledgeable and made the last steps of the process seamless. Lastly Silas knew every feature by heart and was able to easily set up everything for me before driving off the lot. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership! Everyone is very kind and professional and no one will pressure you. More
