Purchased a F250 from here on May 30 ( memorial Day ) everything was going good until I had to sit down with a finance manager ( Richard A ) that’s when he started trying to upsell me on extended warrant everything was going good until I had to sit down with a finance manager ( Richard A ) that’s when he started trying to upsell me on extended warranties service packages and I declined. Then he said if I would take a package he would get my interest rate reduced by calling in a favor. I explain to him that I was his customer and that he should be trying to get me the best deal out there and not trying to hold service packages and warranties over my head to get a better deal he says he emailed the finance company because it was a holiday they had not answered back and he would work on it the next day when we asked the next day about the interest rate he said it was a no deal because he considered it a commercial sale/deal. I have no idea how a personal cell to someone is consumer commercial. This is a shady way of doing business anyone should stay away from people that conduct themselves in this manner. If I was running a business like that it would be to build relationships and a customer base instead of trying to make a one time commission by lying and deceiving customers. I will be reaching out to Ford motor company and let them know HAL Mr. Richard is representing their brand name. I talked to someone from their management team that said they was very sorry for what happened and a sales manager would call me back to go over what happened. Never got a call from anyone. Five Star Ford Ripped Me Off AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Five Star Ford ripped me off and processed my loan for higher than they should have, impacting my interest rate. I was adaman AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Five Star Ford ripped me off and processed my loan for higher than they should have, impacting my interest rate. I was adamant about only needing $500 gap insurance but they still added other fees to my vehicle and made me sign for them without telling me there would be additional charges. It was closing time and I was rushed through the buying process, so I didn't realize what happened until later. I was told to sign several documents and unaware that I was consenting to $1400 in unwanted charges. Someone offered to take a point off my interest rate since they were dishonest, but later reneged and wouldn't return my calls. I asked them to contact me by email for documentation, but they continued to contact me by phone. I've tried to reach the General Manager Nick Hobbs several times, but never received the courtesy of a response after repeated attempts via phone and email. I received a letter stating to contact Nick Hobbs if I had any questions or concerns about my purchase. I thought the least he could do was give me the courtesy of a response when I reached out to him. I strongly encourage buying from somewhere where your business is valued and appreciated. Buying a car shouldn't be a humiliating experience. More

He was genuinely interested in helping us by recommending products we needed opposed to the bottom line. First time ever I actually laughed in the finance department. This Dealership is the best My wife and I had the best experience ever buying a new car at Five Star. Tony, Kathy and Rob made it fun. Was not the usual back and forth to get our My wife and I had the best experience ever buying a new car at Five Star. Tony, Kathy and Rob made it fun. Was not the usual back and forth to get our "deal". They listened to us and it was pretty simple. We had a price and payment limit and they met it. Done deal. Financing and paperwork was all ready to go and all we needed was to sign all the papers. Their extended warranty protection seemed well worth the money for our new purchase. We were out riding in our new car in just a few hours. Thanks to all those in the background we did not meet for their help also. These people actually made buying a car fun again. More
