I bought a 2017 jeep cherokee 5 weeks ago from Ourisman Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just tol Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just told me to replace all 4 pads and rotors will cost $2,400! Are you kidding me? Has anyone paid that much for a brake job? And even though I had a service appointment scheduled, it took them over 3 days to give me the estimate. Need less to say, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer nor will I have them service the vehicle - ever! I love the Jeep but this is absurd. More

I have been engaged in trading and purchasing vehicles from OURISMAN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF BOWIE, located at 2406 Crain Highway, Bowie, MD 20716, with the contact number (301) 249-4227, for the past from OURISMAN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF BOWIE, located at 2406 Crain Highway, Bowie, MD 20716, with the contact number (301) 249-4227, for the past decade. Throughout this period, I have exclusively worked with a sales representative named Raymond, from whom I have traded in and acquired approximately eight vehicles. On Friday, September 6, 2024, I visited the dealership in search of Raymond to trade in my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica, and to purchase a new vehicle on September 7. 2014. On Monday, September 9, 2024, the engine light for the new minivan illuminated on the control panel of the recently purchased 2024 minivan, and none of the charging ports for my cell phone were functioning. Consequently, I contacted the salesman, Karim, to inform him of the issues I was experiencing with the new minivan and expressed my desire to return it in exchange for another model. He suggested that I take it to the service department; however, I insisted on bringing it to him directly to discuss the matter with his manager. On Friday, September 14, 2023, I visited OURISMAN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF BOWIE and spoke with the same manager regarding the issues with my new 2024 minivan. I expressed my desire to replace the vehicle, but he informed me that this was not possible and advised me to take it to the service department for repairs. I spent over two hours at the dealership, during which I requested a rental car. They provided one and assured me that I would not incur any charges for the rental, as my new minivan is still under warranty and Chrysler would cover all expenses. It has been seventeen days since I left my new 2024 minivan at the service department of OURISMAN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF BOWIE, and they have yet to determine the issue with the vehicle. This level of service is disappointing, especially considering I purchased a brand new 2024 minivan that has multiple problems. More
