Despite my attempts to seek recourse, Alfa Romeo has shown little to no action. This failure violates the Implied Warranty of Merchantability, as it significantly impacts the vehicle's safety and function. Additionally, under Illinois Consumer Law, consumers are protected from deceptive practices, making this experience even more frustrating. I cannot recommend this dealership due to their unethical business practices.
