I appreciate the dealership working with me over the phone to make a deal on a car and minimize the time I had to spend at the dealership. That being said, it still took way too long to complete the sale process once I came in and I spent lots of time waiting. I also didn't care for being led to believe I was buying a new car only to find out it had 500 miles on it once I got to the dealership. I am satisfied with the deal I got and appreciate the low financing rate. More
