Here is the thing the Car paid for was a little overpriced not the company‘s fault my fault that I took it. I can totally utterly hundred percent own up to that the car was around 10 grand. I even asked before I showed up please make sure it’s clean. I shouldn’t have to go into why Get there. It’s not clean. They take it back. It’s still dirty. Maybe a little better. I took it cause I needed a car. I couldn’t keep waiting and waiting. Get into the car drive home and guess what? No gas to get me home. These people got me confused with another customer When I said I’m not interested in the car I left they said they were looking for Mr Benson I explained I just laughed why they said no we’re looking for Mr Benson then someone calls back and apologise for being confused and helped me out the best they could. I think it’s just really crappy That someone doesn’t have the best credit paid too much for the car not the companies fault but you think they would take care of them 100% with that said I will never ever ever use this dealership again it’s just too much to type more and more. More

I actually have been looking around at the dealership for 6 to 8 months. I wasn’t able to get a car when I wanted to because I found out I had cancer. We actually met Terry almost a year ago and said when I was ready to get a car, he was going to be the first person that I came back to see. And we did just that! He was such a blessing to my daughter and I I have also recommended Terry to my sister, who is going to be looking for a car in about 3 to 4 months. You made a wise choice and hiring Terry and Kate. Anna Tsiupky seemed to be a newer employee, and unfamiliar with dealership policies and charges. Most of our questions either answered incorrectly, or had to go ask another employee. Video of veh unfamiliar with dealership policies and charges. Most of our questions either answered incorrectly, or had to go ask another employee. Video of vehicle was omitted showing rust on back bumper, and tonneau cover retraction drum was broken and drain tubes missing......no mention of this. Honesty of vehicle conditions makes purchase a pleasure instead of constant surprises. I was employed at a vehicle dealership 5 years and then on the other side financing for 22 years. Upfront and honesty keeps strong referrals to the dealership imperative!!! More
