Along with the wonderful buying experience, Subaru offers a “Love Encore” program, which invites you back to have a second, more in depth tutorial about all the new features in your vehicle. Tae, the Delivery Specialist, spent so much time with me. She went over every aspect of the car and the multimedia system. She answered all of my questions and gave me great information. She helped me set up different features of the car that I wasn’t aware of. She was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And the best part is, it’s not a one and done. I worked out a price for the car I wanted then after I signed the contract I saw they charged me the MSRP and not the discount we agreed to. The finance person told me I was getting back $180 from my depo signed the contract I saw they charged me the MSRP and not the discount we agreed to. The finance person told me I was getting back $180 from my deposit then I mentioned my relative just leased a car from the dealership so he looked it up and then said he forgot to add on a charge to my purchase and took off $123 from my deposit refund so now I was only getting $57 back.
