I had the 6 month maintenance done on my Cross. Kat White was my service advisor. She handled everything very professionally and efficiently. At the time that I had been in for my previous maint Kat White was my service advisor. She handled everything very professionally and efficiently. At the time that I had been in for my previous maintenance, which was handled by a different service advisor, I had pointed out a "plug" that had come loose and was hanging down to the left of the steering column on the floorboard. That service advisor said it would be taken care of. When I had gotten home that day, I realized it had NOT been taken care of. So, I pointed it out to Kat. She not only said it would be taken care of, she seemed to refer to it by name. I was impressed. This time IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF, Thanks, Kat. Overall, Kat told me it would take about an hour for the service to be done. It actually took a little bit less time. I was pleased with that. The only thing I didn't like was the tire rotation. The Cross has an odd inflation pattern. 33 lbs. in the front tires, 29 lbs. in the rear tires. It came back with 36 lbs. in all 4 tires. I've corrected that. In total, it was a good, efficient service experience. Thanks again, Kat. More

Easy drop off and wait. Spent about 75 minutes there which was good. Would have enjoyed seeing a RAV4 on the lot that was gas powered. I guess supply is tight.
