Brought vehicle for an electrical diag. and trans. check. Kat White was Service Advisor - courteous and professional. Tech found issue with after mkt. trailer lights, which he disconnected* and trans. check. Kat White was Service Advisor - courteous and professional. When picked up vehicle, still had an electrical issue, which was checked on a day Kat was off. Received text with quote to replace trans., so requested a call back. NO CALL - NO EXPLANATION! Sent text to Service Rep, but still no response.. *Now my factory running lights do not work!! (What other words did the Tech disconnect/cut?? Why am I being ghosted. $1247 wasted? More
