I grew up in the small town of Cleveland, TN and started my career as a Dental Assistant working in my dad's practice. I did this for ten years and decided it was time for a switch. Having always appreciated good customer service, I applied for, and accepted the position of Customer Relations Manager in September of 2018, and it became quickly clear, this was now my work home. I take tremendous pride in taking the best care of my customers and being thorough and professional, always attempting to pay great attention to the details that make the difference in a good vs a World Class experience for them. When not at work, I enjoy hanging out with my friends - outdoors when possible. My pets, 3 dogs and 2 cats, get most of my attention in the evenings after work.

You can't imagine the joy I have being the proud owner of a 2024 Rapid Red Mustang. I walked through the door and saw it on the showroom floor. My first thought after drooling...lol, was to go and see my fa a 2024 Rapid Red Mustang. I walked through the door and saw it on the showroom floor. My first thought after drooling...lol, was to go and see my favorite salesman John Goodwin. I told him I want that car, and he made it happen. This is my third Mustang that I have bought from Mtn. View Ford because John and the staff go over and beyond to make sure I always have a pleasurable experience. The deal was secured in less than an hour, the car was filled with a full tank of gas, the finance officer listened to me and responded to my needs, and everyone in the process treated me with kindness and respect. Buying a car does not only involve money and good credit, but it also involves having respect for dealership, salesman, and staff who you can trust to work in your best interest. I salute John Goodwin and the whole team at Mtn. View Ford for their hard work. Imagine, I only went to drop off my key to the get the oil changed on my 2021 Mustang GT and ended up leaving out with a brand new 2024 Rapid Red Mustang with only 6 miles on it. More
