2017 RX 350 Dealership sold me a brand new 2017 RX 350 in March. I brought it in for service 3 times within 4 months for the same issue. After the 3rd time I was Dealership sold me a brand new 2017 RX 350 in March. I brought it in for service 3 times within 4 months for the same issue. After the 3rd time I was told it was a known issue with this model and there was nothing they could do. I contacted lexus who stated there is no such known issue. The issue was never resolved! The worse experience ever with a vehicle! Dont ever buy for this dealer or Lexus! More

Great Service Adviser and Service Team I came in to have my navigation system looked at. I met with and discussed my issues with the NE Representative, Rick. Rick showed a genuine interest I came in to have my navigation system looked at. I met with and discussed my issues with the NE Representative, Rick. Rick showed a genuine interest in finding and solving the problem. Even the head service tech and the Service Manager got involved with this. That is good service! More

First Routine Maintenance Visit Today was my first scheduled maintenance visit on my certified pre-owned Lexus IS250. I had requested Karl perform the scheduled maintenance work. Ms. Today was my first scheduled maintenance visit on my certified pre-owned Lexus IS250. I had requested Karl perform the scheduled maintenance work. Ms. Kelly Sforza, service coordinator, was very professional and courteous. David, at drive-in, was cordial and explained to me the work that was to be completed. Barry, at pick-up, was very friendly and helped with a lingering question I had. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Overall I am very happy with the people and service at Ira Lexus of Manchester! More
