The service advisor was not very welcoming. He barely spoke to me and certainly didn’t show in any way that they appreciated me bringing my car there or wanted me to come back. The female service advisor who checked me out was nice. They did not replace the sticker on my windshield saying when my next oil change would be due. There was black gunk all over my steering wheel. My oil change, that I had an appointment for, took two and a half hours! Too bad that’s all I have to judge my opinion by. More

Would help if scheduling personnel knew more about the processes and procedures. I had to reschedule a transmission service that was already scheduled 3 weeks in advance the day before I was supposed to processes and procedures.
