He took his time with explaining everything and also made sure we knew about all special features on the car and help us set some features up. We have two young children and he was very patient with us while we tended to them (which happened often). Carl never made us feel like we were taking up his time and we truly appreciate that. His customer service was impeccable and made sure we were taken care of. His team members Fernando and Richard were amazing as well.
