My salesman, Bill C. , was great. Unfortunately, the car I purchased was missing an essential feature that, due to miscommunication, I thought was included. Bill tried to , was great. Bill tried to get me into the right car, but it soon became clear that the dealership would not uphold its reputation for outstanding customer service. In the end, it was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this dealership. More
