Made a appt for scheduled maintenance on a Monday, the service was for Thursday at 3:45pm. When I arrived they informed me that they did not have an oil filter for my car, and asked if I could wait 45 mi service was for Thursday at 3:45pm. When I arrived they informed me that they did not have an oil filter for my car, and asked if I could wait 45 min for it to be delivered. I said that was fine and to please check everything b/c I was going on a road trip in a few days. When I checked out I was told I would need new tires soon, nothing else. When I arrived home I checked the Consumer Portal report and under Fluids it stated “Engine Coolant System - Caution”, with no further explanation. The next day, while a hour into my roadtrip, the low oil light came on. We had to stop and add a quart of oil to the car. I don’t know if they were rushed because they closed at 6pm and had to wait for the oil filter but I have serious concerns if the service was performed well. More
