The truck came with cheap highway tires instead of the all-terrain tires a ZR2 is built around. I pointed that out at the sale and again in writing the next day, and got no real answer for 11 days. Within two weeks of buying it, I also had a check engine light, intermittent A/C, a vibration, and an alignment that turned out to be well out of spec. Nothing moved until I emailed the General Manager and ownership. Once the General Manager got involved, the service department made it right. They replaced the thermostat, recharged the A/C, did a full alignment, and installed the correct Goodyear DuraTrac tires, all at no cost to me. My service advisor, Jon Saunders, was professional, kept me informed, and let me look at the truck on the lift. He is the reason this isn't one star. My advice for buyers: inspect everything before you sign, ask what tires and equipment you're actually getting, and get every promise in writing. The service department here is good. Sales should have caught these problems before the truck was sold. More
