Luis and Karina the best I recently went in for a regular maintenance and all went well. Since it’s was a 2.5 hour service they ubered me home and back! This was a very differ I recently went in for a regular maintenance and all went well. Since it’s was a 2.5 hour service they ubered me home and back! This was a very different experience from my previous service when I waited and waited and waited with lame excuses and no explanation from my service person. I always try to get Luis because his team is very efficient and he is very straight forward about how long it will take. Karina is also good. More

great customer service Karina was welcoming and friendly. She helped me understand the process of maintenance checkup and explained type/function/brand of wheels in detail. She is knowledgeable and very communicative, I really appreciate it. Being a college student who knows barely anything about cars, I was able to learn a little bit more about cars compared to when I first walked in. Great Service Went to my sisters in the morning and noticed my guage said I had one or more tires low. Left my sisters hours later and it was still there. Drove to Toyota Service bay, went over the tire bump gauges and it all of a sudden went off. The crew said they would take it around and check the tire levels and for any nails, screws, etc. True to their word within an hour I was back on the road with all tires at factory recommendation.
