I had a great experience with my previous 3 purchases at Hyundai Rick Case, so much so that I always told people that you have one of the best services, but this time I felt like I was ripped off and treate Hyundai Rick Case, so much so that I always told people that you have one of the best services, but this time I felt like I was ripped off and treated like an idiot. I traded my BMW car in for an Alpha Romeo and now I am supposed to pay for the return of the car and tires. This has never happened to me before in my life of buying/trading car for over 30 years. When I trade a car in, the responsibility goes to the dealer who keeps the car. When I asked the manager about it, he told me it was my responsibility and that they just returned the car. You just lost a client and will not recommend rick case to anybody anymore More

Service terrible go to Fort Lauderdale Masserrti instead I bought my car at Rick case they want to sell you the car and actually do a pretty good job selling you the car as far as being professional and maki I bought my car at Rick case they want to sell you the car and actually do a pretty good job selling you the car as far as being professional and making you feel comfortable buying the Masserrti with them. Service on the other hand ,hard to deal with. If and I say the word IF you can get them by phone (be prepared to leave multiple messages and waiting days for a returned call. Than you need to make an appointment which could be as long as two weeks out. IF your lucky they will have a loaner available for you while they repair the car. (50% chance) I started using Fort Lauderdale Masserrti and I have had two amazing expierences getting my car fixed and serviced. More
