She quickly showed us the car we were interested in and allowed us to thoroughly inspect it and take it for a test drive. A respectful finance employee was willing to negotiate a price with a trade that was agreeable to us. The paperwork was done quickly and we drove our car home. We really like the car, an MKZ.
