Mrs. Karen Hoch, our sales woman, was Trough the several years of my automobile purchasing experience, this has to be THE BEST! experience to date. Mrs. Karen Hoch, our sales woman, was flawless. Her up front honesty and caring personality offered a sense of peace for my family while making this financial decision. She offered professional and personal opinions which disclosed to my wife and I that we were not just a quota attempted to be met. The financial rep Mr. Sam, was the icing on the cake. He broke down the numbers and reassured us, that we were getting the best deal possible. Both employee's displayed a strong sense of care for my family and our financial situation. I had the BEST experience at NuCar Chevrolet! After visiting other dealerships in the area and dealing with not-so friendly sales associates, NuCar Chevrolte was like a breath of fresh air! Karen Hoch visiting other dealerships in the area and dealing with not-so friendly sales associates, NuCar Chevrolte was like a breath of fresh air! Karen Hoch was fabulous! She was able to put me into a 2011 Chevy Tahoe within my budget and they even gave me a great deal on my trade-in, which was completely unexpected. Chuck, the Sales Manager, was also fabulous to work with and very friendly. Once the deal was made, Karen was very thorough in giving me an orientation on my new vehicle and ensuring I was all setup in it and good to go. Overall - this dealer was excellent. Very pleasant, super friendly and just fabulous. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Thank you Karen and Chuck! More
