I had a good experience with the sales team at Jim Coleman Toyota. They accepted my True Car price and even came down couple hundred more. Everything was explained and they spent a lot of time with Coleman Toyota. They accepted my True Car price and even came down couple hundred more. Everything was explained and they spent a lot of time with me making sure I understood all the terms of the lease deal. Most of the dealers in Baltimore would not even offer a price below the MSRP but the folks in Bethesda made it worth the trip. Erick and William helped me with getting some accessories installed as part of the sale. Benjamin was very patient with me in helping me understand the leasing terms and rates. You have to do some work to get a good deal, but I was happy with my sales experience. More

I was able to purchase my new RAV4 Prime SE completely over the internet (from Florida) without any problems. Karen Castaneda the internet sale manager was able to reserve it and it arrived exactly as pr over the internet (from Florida) without any problems. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER They mention in an email conversion with me that the out of door price was $37000, which included everything (Taxes, Tag, Processing fees).
