I’ve been coming to Treasure Coast Toyota for service on my Tacoma since 2017. The care and clarity I’ve observed from the Service Department was a heavy factor in my decision to purchase the 2023 RAV4 for my wife from Treasure Coast Toyota, and Christian’s performance has only reinforced my opinion. Christian was able to provide expert advice on the next steps I should be taking with regards to the RAV4’s service. He was able to easily answer all my questions, which really helped to put my mind at ease. His attention to detail ensured the service appointment went smoothly. Christian’s professionalism was evident in the way he spoke to me; speaking with authority and clarity. My interaction with Christian really served to elevate the status of Treasure Coast Toyota. I had a bad experience with one individual who no longer works there about a year ago, and they understood where I was coming from and the frustration I had with the vehicle I was sold and really made up for it this time! Patricio listened to my needs, didn’t make me feel pressured into buying a car I didn’t need or upselling me. He showed me a car with everything I was looking for and I got a great affordable car!
