Despite professionalism and patience from Service advisor Mr. KEITH, The service Manager Alex Nipas wasn't the best. Also I'm still confused why the Mechanic took my car home to drive it and put miles on it without using his own or dealers ezpass... it just was 1 thing after another .. too much to type here. More
