First of all, you have a beautiful show room with a nice staff, Taylor was very professional and good to work with. However, our first experience with Austin at this dealership was very disappointing, we left without ever wanting to return and decided to purchase a vehicle from another dealership. We felt Austin was less than honest with us and very pushy. The subsequent day Bryce called and requested we give them another chance. He was very gracious and the reason we returned and purchased a vehicle. Our family has purchased a number of vehicles from a bay area dealership, and it is a far more pleasurable experience. We pay cash for our cars and expect a fair price without the aggressive sales pitch. I also don't like the aggressive sales pitch from the finance manager while signing the documents. It took way to long and felt he was keeping me hostage until I agreed to purchase additional services. He gave me a price for a number of items then when I declined, he continually proposes a lower cost. He came down several times for the cost of each item. Just give me a fair price to begin with and don't try to take advantage of me. More
