Excellent customer service I needed the gear shift button on my CRV replaced. My husband dropped it off on Friday after work, but forgot to leave the key in the drop box. The se I needed the gear shift button on my CRV replaced. My husband dropped it off on Friday after work, but forgot to leave the key in the drop box. The service center made a copy of our key so they could fix the problem and had it done 30 minutes after they opened the next day. I forgot to update my new cell phone number with them, but they found the number I had called from on their caller ID to let me know the car was ready. When I went to pick it up, they gave me the extra key as a surf key for free. They went above and beyond, quickly fixing the problem. I would recommend them to anyone! More

Only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours, but it actu Service people were very nice and helpful. The actual work should not have taken long (maybe 45 minutes?), but it seemed they were really busy, and I had to check with them on the status. However, Kanoa was very nice and apologetic, and the splash guard install was nicely done! More
