Historically, I have taken my vehicle to a different Honda location for servicing, but have often had to wait a lengthy period of time to be accommodated. Recently, I had an emergency need and was very thankful that Honda Windward wnt out of their way to accommodate me on short notice.. Kanoa Chang went above and beyond to accommodate my immediate service needs. He was understanding, empathetic, supportive, efficient, professional, and got my vehicle in and out on very short notice. It’s employees like Kanoa Chang who make the entire Honda Windward and Honda Bran shine! Not only will I be switching my Honda service location to Honda Windward because of employees like Kanoa, but in all likelihood, I will purchase my next vehicle from Honda Windward as well.
