I was rushed into a purchase. My sales associate didn't even show me the final numbers before sending me to the finance office and they did not honor prices that were posted onlin My sales associate didn't even show me the final numbers before sending me to the finance office and they did not honor prices that were posted online. The finance agent wouldn't answer any questions without a supervisor and answered several personal calls instead of explaining what was happening and how the warranties worked. The dealership also enrolled me with a predatory loan company without disclosing any of the fees associated. They would not explain how I could get financing through my personal bank or any of the options I had even though I have excellent credit and no debt. On top of all of this I had to immediately get a sensor replaced on the car the next day which I had asked several times to make sure that I wouldn't need to because a warning was flashing during the test drive. They also charged me 400 dollars for a second set of "new" keys that came with a low battery and a stuck compartment. More

I went in to pay cash for a vehicle and insisted I finance it at a high rate. He acted like they would not sell me a vehicle unless I financed it. They didn’t honor the purchase price when the lease ended. Of course they should include fees and taxes, but you can’t change the purchase price on the agreement. Bought a car from them recently, customer service was pretty good on the surface, but the sales and finance team lack integrity. They wanted to upsell me on a service plan and spent 15 minutes doing so, pretty good on the surface, but the sales and finance team lack integrity. They wanted to upsell me on a service plan and spent 15 minutes doing so, but cenventially failed to mention a $1300 maintenance fee. It was on one of the papers I signed, but then again they had me sign 20 of them. Now they won't answer calls or respond to emails asking about passing this cost on to the customer and what they even did that cost that much. Technically not illegal, but scam adjacent. Can't even get into contact to cancel the service plan, would prefer to spend that money with a business I can actually trust. More

Kannon Baker was exceptional helping when I purchased my 2022 4 Runner a couple months ago. I would definitely call and work with him again.
