I never expected working at a car dealership to be so rewarding! Every day, I get to meet new people, hear their stories, and create a memorable car-buying experience. As the bridge between sales and service, I help customers decide whether to upgrade or keep their vehicle. I prioritize great customer service, transparency, and a genuine, pressure-free experience. My journey started in the fast food industry, where I became a Service Manager. I then transitioned to Ciocca as an Appointment Coordinator, worked my way up to Sales Consultant, and now serve as an Upgrade Manager-all within two years. On my days off from work, I love to go to Church and be with community. I also love spending time with my cat, Beans!
