We bought an EV and part of the deal included 2 yrs of free charging with EVgo. They said they set it up, but it took 3 weeks and about 8-10 phone calls with them and Cadillac concierge to get them to sub free charging with EVgo. I went car shopping (something I abhor doing) and not knowing if I wanted an SUV or a sedan. I had been driving an 16 year old Buick sedan since the pandemic started as my parents gave up driving and gave me their car (as my jeep imploded as well). Kamel B was my sales rep and he was very patient with me as I bounced back and forth between wanting an CT5 verus a XT5. We did some test drives and I fell back in love with an SUV. Kamel was professional, patient, always tenacious, and funny enough to make me enjoy the experiences. Carlito in Finance was professional as well and Conrad in Service helped me with a small dashboard compartment that I could not open. I look forward to dealing with Vera with my 2021 XT5 and hopefully buying other vehicles there in the future. More
