I bought my CX-5 July 2021. Due to the pandemic and being unemployed, I only put 4K miles on it in a year. I originally hear the clanging noise the day I brought my car home. Lack of driving it, I forgot about it, until I got a job this past March. It has taken a few months of driving it to determine where the noise was coming from. I took the car in and they couldn't hear the noise while driving. So Kamal let me drive him around to hit the right spots to make the noise. I had mentioned that this noise was present when I purchased the car, they located the problem (broken brackets for the brake calipers). They had to keep it for a few days, I recieved a loaner car, they repaired it, and when I came in to get my car, to my surprise, there was no charge! I was also having trouble unlocking the door, and Kamal changed the battery in my key fob, again, no charge and it works perfectly now. Shane was my service writer and he was also very accomodating and helpful. He kept me informed of what was going on and was very helpful when I had to bring my daughter's car in. All in all, this dealership is top notch! You always hear, "Don't take it to the dealership, they cost too much!" Well, even though I have a great mechanic that I've used for years, I will definately return to Hall Mazda for all my car needs! More

I made a appointment for a oil change and tires rotated. My vehicle was serviced as soon as I arrived and was completed in less time than was gold. Excellent, quick work replacing my sunroof after a minor accident. Love that they sent me a video of my car and pointing out areas they inspected and that they looked good; that really helps build my trust accident. I brought my car in for a repair to a cable under my driver seat and the state inspection. During the state inspection it was found that I needed a cabin filter, spark plug replacement, a belt, new batt driver seat and the state inspection. During the state inspection it was found that I needed a cabin filter, spark plug replacement, a belt, new battery and maybe something else. I was not prepared for all of these repairs and was a tad upset. Both Kamal and Shane were extremely professional, very patient with me, and explained my options as well as made suggestions as to alternative work around and feasible timeline. Kamal personally showed me items that my husband and I questioned really needing a repair. I will definitely continue to bring my car to Hall Mazda as long as those two are still working there. Kudos to the mechanic too! I will also highly recommend to my friends. Nice work guys! More
