When he delivered the van. All I asked for was the all season floor mats with the gentleman that went out with me. He said that wouldn’t be an issue. When he delivered the van to us I asked about the mats and he said they didn’t have any in stock I asked him if they included it in the purchase agreement and he said he wasn’t sure. I asked him if there would be an additional charge and he said there wouldn’t be. He just needed to talk to his manager. Kam texted me and said they wouldn’t honor it because they didn’t have any knowledge of it. Also I didn’t get a military discount because I wouldn’t use their financing. I think that is wrong. You should give the discount to those who serve our nation. I will NOT recommend this dealership or buy from them ever again. More

But GM appears to be an antique, feudal organization that cannot cooperate with itself. Almost every GM employee I contact repeats the same phrase "I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do, my hands are tied", and cannot refer me to anyone who can assist. A company paralyzed by processes, More
