In this process, Frank Smith went well beyond what I expected, especially since he spent a couple of hours with me the day after the sale, when I came in to pick up the vehicle. Frank showed me many of its features and made sure I was comfortable with it before I drove it home. I last bought a vehicle in 2003, and obviously many things have been added to vehicles since then. Two dealerships offered us the best price, we visited both in person for test drives, but it quickly became clear that we wanted to do business with Valley Subaru. There was no pressure to try to upsell us on features we didn't need, or to get us to purchase the car as quickly as possible. Our salesperson, Kaleb Estis, was superb, and made what has in the past always been an extremely stressful experience into an enjoyable one. More
