Trade in 2 vehicles for a new one. Sale for the new vehicle went well. They haven’t paid off the vehicles that were traded in yet they have them for sale on the lot. Now my credit has Sale for the new vehicle went well. They haven’t paid off the vehicles that were traded in yet they have them for sale on the lot. Now my credit has dropped because the lenders still believe I own these other vehicles. Salesman Kaleb initially said 10 days for a pay off. It’s been 2 weeks and now I’m told it can up to 20 days?? How can you have (my vehicle technically still) up for sale but not paid off?? All of this after I gave Kaleb and the dealer great reviews. As a Ford Motor Company employee I’ll be taking this up with corporate for sure. More
