Customer service is solid and always feel like I am well taken care of by all the staff. In particular Kaitlyn Sajonas is on top of her game when it comes to customer service, attentiveness and helping to q taken care of by all the staff. Great communicator and takes 100% ownership to get answers for me even in things she might not know about (I.e. service lost my wheel lock tool last time and she was able to secure me replacements without a hassle). Kaitlyn is such an attentive person. She listened well to my concerns about my car and my budget. She took the time to explain the services I needed and the importance. She never acted as if she was in a rush, yet I know your service department is extremely busy. I’ve owned 3 Kia’s and I’ve bought them all from your dealership and I’ve never been fully satisfied with the service department. Typically you don’t return calls, my appointment time is always overbooked, and often there is a can’t do attitude as opposed to a can do mentality. I’m in the customer service business and Kaitlyn just restored my confidence in Kia of Carson. Honestly, she should be mentoring the rest of your staff. She truly knows how to satisfy her customers and retain your customer base. I felt like I was dealing with a real person as opposed to a bot. More
