I hope my experience is not common, and judging by the other reviews mine does seem to be an outlier. But it's still worth saying. I bought a 2021 Honda HR-V online with a sales representative, who was ve other reviews mine does seem to be an outlier. But it's still worth saying. I bought a 2021 Honda HR-V online with a sales representative, who was very kind and showed me all the parts of the car I wanted to see over the phone. I was very satisfied with this part of the experience. However, this is where the problems started. The car was delivered several days later than he had promised because the delivery drivers forgot to pick it up, then despite specifically asking for a new air filter (smoker car), the car was delivered with no air filter. I also noticed a dead passenger-side headlight. Naturally, I reached out to my sales rep and asked for these to be replaced or reimbursed, <$40, and he agreed wholeheartedly to do so upon the loan clearing. When it did, I reached back out periodically and didn't receive a response for a couple of weeks. It turned out that he was no longer with the company. At that point, I reached out to several other people at the company who were unaware of the promise my rep had made. Fortunately, I had the text receipts which helped my case. Communicating with the dealership was difficult as phones were often busy, and emails went unreturned. Almost three months after receiving the car, I finally received a reimbursement check in the mail for the amount of the replacement filter and headlight and I am grateful for those at the company that advocated for me. I know in my head that this is probably an isolated incident, but I wanted to share anyway just in case. More

It has not been the best purchase since the salesman left immediately after purchase and there were issues with the vehicle when I picked it up and 3 major issues with vehicle in just a few months after purc immediately after purchase and there were issues with the vehicle when I picked it up and 3 major issues with vehicle in just a few months after purchase. I stayed with Bayside on this purchase because of the quality service I received from Bayside in Prince Frederick but can't say I have received the same personal service as I got there with this dealership.
