Buying this “2025” Buick Encore was the worst decision ever. This vehicle has been giving me issues since I got it. First the vehicle was missing the tow clip. That took 3mths to get. I took it to the dealership for repair on a Thursday. They called me on Tuesday to pick up my car. I get to the dealership to pick up my car I asked the lady what was wrong with the camera. That is when she decides to tell me they couldn’t fix it, and the camera was on back order. Surprise, Surprise. Everything is ALWAYS on back order with this place.
