Hello! Kailey Silvey here, a Service Advisor who truly loves her job and what I do! There is no better feeling than working with the most amazing people and having the ability to get my customer's cars up and running and back on the road safely! My certifications include Mopar, Uconnect, Jeep, Ram, and Dodge, and I joined the auto world six years ago. My love for cars goes into everyday life, whether providing excellent service at the dealership or learning more about Jeeps, which I am a big fan of. Other interests of mine include reading, listening to music, taking up activities with my cats, and traveling. Some of my vacations have been to Florida, Tennessee, and Colorado. When interacting with customers, they can always rely on me to listen attentively, communicate effectively, and take the time to truly read the room so I understand what they are looking for in terms of servicing, budgets, and more.
