My appointment was handled very poorly. I made an appointment the week before, very clearly stated what I needed done and arranged to drop the car off the night before for the 7am appointme I made an appointment the week before, very clearly stated what I needed done and arranged to drop the car off the night before for the 7am appointment. When I.called at 10am the day of the appointment, no one seemed to know anything about my car or appointment. Turns out, it hadn’t even been pulled in yet. Finally got my car serviced but one of the services I specifically requested (battery testing) was not done.
