I would normally give this dealership 5 stars, but this time, something was working right. I waited longer than I have ever had to wait to see a service advisor. (I had an appointment.) I was told by 3 d time, something was working right. I waited longer than I have ever had to wait to see a service advisor. (I had an appointment.) I was told by 3 different people that he would be with me shortly. After 16 minutes, I had to go get someone to help me., I was the only car in the bay and those inside could clearly see me. Michael Johnson finally helped me get checked in and he was awesome, very apologetic about the other guy not ever coming. I also spoke to the Service Manager, Kaelyn, and she was very concerned and apologized repeatedly. Bottom line, the service I requested was completed quickly and Michael came to walk me out to my car. More

Joseph Adams was my service advisor and was such a pleasure to work with, I was so not wanting to go back to Courtesy for car service due to past customer service that was not up to par. The current staff was extremely nice and helpful. From both Service Managers, the Service Advisor to the mechanic explaining some things to me. The problems are that what I paid for was not the issue From both Service Managers, the Service Advisor to the mechanic explaining some things to me. The problems are that what I paid for was not the issue that brought me in, and that none of them know the lies I was told nor the actual repairs that were charged on prior visits with previous staff. The known defective transmission etc has been worked on and billed to me instead of Nissan paying, repeatedly for so long and so many times without a full repair, that I am just now being told that there are no parts available and I am being referred to an aftermarket shop for further repairs of that and other OEM parts pieced together using unofficial methods. The mechanic thought I had been told of the defunc parts by the previous Service Advisors and Managers. More
